We have a staff of approximately 50 employees including CPAs, accountants, a professional in human resources, bookkeepers, a special services and marketing coordinator, and support staff personnel.

Graduated with honors from Angelo State University in May, 1986 – BBA in Accounting. Jeffrey joined the Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, L.L.P. team in 1985, and became a Partner in 1995. He was named Managing Partner in 2010. With clients stretching far beyond the borders of the Concho Valley, from the surrounding counties to the surrounding states and even Canada, Jeffrey’s top priority remains individual attention and personalized service for every client. Jeffrey specializes in tax consulting, preparation and planning for both individuals and large businesses in the Oil & Gas industry, Real Estate, Ranching, Transportation and Estates and Trusts.

Jeffrey and his wife Amy are the proud parents of two grown children, Zach and Maury. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys working in his yard, golfing, hunting, fishing and attending all kinds of sporting events. But most of all, he loves just spending time with his family.

Graduated with honors from Angelo State University in May, 1986 – BBA in Accounting. “Boze” joined Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, LLP as an intern during college. He came to work full-time upon graduation in 1986. He became a partner in the firm on January, 1, 1995, with expertise in tax preparation and consulting and planning for small businesses, individuals, trusts, and estates. Jeffrey is the trusted advisor for many physicians, ranchers, and small business owners in West Texas.

Jeffrey and his wife Trudy have one grown daughter, Hannah and her husband Daniel. Jeffrey loves to hunt, golf and travel. He also has a passion for all things horseracing. He is very involved with the Youth ministry programs at First United Methodist Church and counts those experiences as some of his biggest life blessings. He also enjoys supporting Angelo State every chance he gets.

Graduated with honors from Angelo State University – BBA in Management in December, 1976, and BBA in Accounting in May, 1978.

Jerry specializes in auditing, financial accounting and statement preparation, income tax preparation, and planning and consultations for individuals and businesses. Jerry oversees the auditing practice of the firm, with specializations in non-profit entities and for-profit businesses. Jerry is a past president of the San Angelo Chapter of CPA’s and has served on the Ethics Committee of the Texas Society of CPA’s.

Jerry is a volunteer member for Big Brothers Big Sisters and is active in the music program of Sierra Vista Methodist Church. He and his wife Lisa are avid world travelers and have traveled to Spain, Greece, Turkey, Morocco and throughout Europe and Scandinavia. Jerry has his advanced diving certification and had enjoyed scuba diving throughout the Caribbean.

As an employee and most recently a partner of the firm, I have been able to witness “first hand” the many possibilities of career advancement through hard work, determination and a continued drive to achieve the highest goals possible. I believe that the ability to work as a team is defined as a group with a common goal and an ownership of shared responsibility to achieve that goal.

Michelle and her husband Phillip have two sons, Jordan and Caleb. As parents, they enjoy supporting their children in their many activities. Michelle is currently past president of the Children’s Advoacy Center.

Graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration (Accounting) in 1998 and with a Masters in Business Administration in 2000. Bill received his CPA certification in 2002.

Prior to joining Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, Bill’s career began at Turbine Aircraft Services at the age of sixteen and continuing until achieving the title of controller for the company.

Bill currently serves as Board Member for the Angelo Civic Theater. He and wife Debbie are the parents of two children, Abram and Mallory and are members of Holy Angels Catholic Church. His hobbies include hunting and fishing and any other activities that include family involvement.

Richey graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in May, 1971 – BBA in Accounting. He has served on numerous professional and community boards and currently serves as Trustee for the San Angelo Health Foundation and San Angelo Community Medical Center and is a member of the ASU Business Advisory Council and Foundation.

Enjoying his retirement, Richey and Martha Sue spend as much time as they can with their six grandchildren, traveling with friends, spending time at the ranch and Aggie sports.

Bralyn B. Barker, CPA

Graduated from Angelo State University in December 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Professional Accountancy. Following graduation, she became a full time staff member at Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek in January 2014. While at ASU, Maury was also a four year letterman on the women’s golf team.

Maury is a native of San Angelo and a graduate of Wall High School. Maury is the wife of Lahne Burns. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Elyn. They are members at Johnson Street Church of Christ. In their time away from work they enjoy playing golf and being with family and friends.

Graduated from Angelo State University in May 2006 with a BBA and MPAC in Accounting. Prior to joining Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, LLP in 2008, Teresa was employed with KPMG in Dallas, Texas in the audit department. She obtained her Certified Public Accountant license in September 2009.

Teresa has served as treasurer of Children’s Advocacy Center of the Concho Valley. Teresa enjoys spending her time with husband, Juan, their son Cason and daughter Sophia. She also enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing sports.

Tonya Elguezabal, CPA

Tonya was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, graduated with honors from Northeastern University with a BS in Accounting & Finance in 1994 and an MST from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2000.

Prior to joining Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek in 2008, Tonya served many roles with over thirteen years of taxation experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tonya provides tax compliance and consulting services in the areas of individuals and trusts to partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Tonya has a significant amount of experience with non-profit organizations in the areas of healthcare, higher education and museums. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tonya and her husband Luis love spending time with their three children. In her spare time, Tonya enjoys crafting and photography. Tonya and her family are parishioners of Holy Angels Catholic Church. She also serves as Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 20.

Alan Gregston, CPA

Graduated from Angelo State University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He successfully passed the CPA exam and obtained his certificate in 1981. Alan worked for two local accounting firms before starting his own accounting practice in 1995. Alan works in all areas of income taxation with 40 years of experience. Alan joined ORW in January of 2007.

Alan is an avid outdoorsman. In his spare time you can usually find him in the field hunting or on the water fishing. He and his wife, Marilyn, are members of First United Methodist Church where he has served as Chairman of the Finance Committee, lay leader and many other boards over the years. Alan was also treasurer for the San Angelo Methodist District for 9 years. He has two daughters, Melinda and Cassie, and three grandkids, Jack, Eily and Cooper.

Allen Heckaman, CPA

Originally from Post, TX. Allen graduated from Angelo State University in December 2011 with a BBA in Accounting and immediately began his career with Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek.

He and his wife Jessica have three daughters, Riley, Joan and Sage. They are members of Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Meghan D. Kauten, CPA

Graduated from Angelo State University with a BBA in Accounting in December 2007, and obtained her CPA certification in 2012. Meghan’s career with ORW began in 2006.

Meghan is currently the President of the San Angelo Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the AICPA. She is a prior Loaned Executive with the United Way and former board member of Concho Valley Adult Protection Services. Meghan enjoys spending her time with her husband, Nick, their son, Landon and their daughter, Taylor, as well as working out, spending time outdoors, and travelling.

Lisa graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. Lisa became a Texas CPA in 1996 and has extensive experience in tax, auditing & financial reporting in a variety of industries. She is a member of TSCPA, AICPA and the San Angelo Chapter of CPAs.

Lisa and her husband, Scott, have two daughters, Macy and Mallory. Lisa enjoys supporting her daughters in their extracurricular activities, working out, cooking, and volunteering in church ministries.

Cara E. Sefcik, CPA

Prior to joining Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, Cara served in the United States Navy for six years as an Engineering Laboratory Technician aboard the USS George Washington (CVN-73). She was also employed by Ethicon as a Finance Intern and RSM as an Assurance Associate.

Cara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing volleyball, gardening, and going dancing.

Brock D. Blythe

Brock graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration in 2000.

Prior to joining ORW, Brock worked as the manufacturing accountant for National Oilwell Varco’s plant in San Angelo and managed capital appropriation and fixed asset accounts for NOV’s US locations.

Brock serves as a Board Member for the San Angelo Better Business Bureau. He and his wife, Buffi, are the proud parents of two children, Brex and Blexi. He enjoys hunting, running his Labrador in AKC and UKC hunt tests, coaching his son’s football team and spending time with his family.

Nyree Fitch

Nyree was born in Curaçao in the Caribbean but raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in December 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Shortly after, she moved to San Angelo and began her career with Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek in March 2014.

Nyree enjoys scrapbooking, baking, painting and playing piano. She and her husband also love traveling and spoiling their German shepherd, Reagan.

Stacey is originally from San Antonio, Texas and comes to ORW after a 26 year career in corporate accounting with GTE/Verizon. She moved to San Angelo to attend Angelo State University where she graduated with a BBA in Accounting in 1983. While working at GTE/Verizon she held various Managerial Accounting positions in Revenue Accounting, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Accounting. After retiring from the corporate world in 2011, Stacey joined ORW as a bookkeeper due to her love of working with numbers and people.

Stacey and her husband, Kirby, have two beautiful grown daughters, a wonderful son-in-law, and precious twin grandchildren. They also love watching football, camping, especially in the mountains, and their numerous adopted cats and dogs.

Nancy Switzer

Nancy came to ORW in November of 2001. She graduated from Angelo State University in 1977 with a BBA in General Business and in 2002 with a BBA in Accounting. She is a Senior Bookkeeper with many years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper. She had taught QuickBooks classes at the ASU Small Business Development Center in the past few years.

Nancy is the leader of a ladies singing group, “Joyful Noise”, at the Ninth Street Church of Christ in Ballinger. She grew up singing and that is her favorite hobby. She also loves to cook, read and craft.

Nancy and her husband, David, have two children and 7 grandchildren. They are the owners of Runnels County AgMart and Pest Control in Ballinger and they also raise finewool and finewool-cross club lambs. They enjoy helping with and following along with the activities of their grandchildren.

Lisa came to Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek in 2007 after many years of bookkeeping in various industries. She has experience in banking, municipality and county agencies and Oil & Gas.

Lisa is a hometown girl having been born and raised in San Angelo. She is one of eight children so she knows what team work and strong work ethic is. Lisa and her husband, Mike, have four daughters, two dogs and any number of other types of pets they rescue. Lisa serves on the Young Life committee and enjoys spending time on the lake with family and friends.

Lara Kinsey

Lara was born and raised in Eden, Texas. While growing up Lara loved playing sports, working on the family ranch and competing in Jr. Rodeo’s. After graduation she attended Sul Ross State University, returning to San Angelo in 1992.

Lara started working at Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek in February 2006. She is a Senior Bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

Lara and her husband, Jack, have three kids, Justin, Morgan and River. Two dogs Ruger and Bailey, two cats and four horses. In their spare time they enjoy ranching, team roping, dancing, sports and spending time with their family and friends.

Brandy Owens

Born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, Brandy joined Oliver, Rainey and Wojtek in February 2014 after five years with 1st Community Federal Credit Union and two years with Texas Book Company at Howard College Bookstore.

Brandy and her husband, Brandon, have four “fur babies” as a result of her unwillingness to turn orphaned animals away. She is an avid reader and also enjoys traveling abroad with Brandon and spending quality time with loved ones.

Patty was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas. She graduated from Angelo State University in December 2015 with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting. Patty’s career with Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek began in December 2015 as an intern and she is now a bookkeeper for the firm.

Patty loves spending her free time with her family and their two dogs, Penny and Bently. She is a member of Paul Ann Baptist Church where she has found a love for her church family, bible studies, and the heart-warming band. Patty also enjoys staying active through badminton matches with her family, Zumba classes, and boot camps.

Lanell Nichols is proud to be a life-long resident of San Angelo. She worked over 30 years in various Accounting jobs with Verizon Communications, and retired in 2014. She has a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Business Administration.

Lanell raised two wonderful sons who she loves spending time with. She also enjoys spoiling her Yorkie named Biscuit. Her hobbies are sewing, crafting, baking, gardening, and reading. She has a favorite verse to live by- “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Robin Bahlman

Raised in San Angelo, Robin attended San Angelo schools, met and married her husband here and together have raised their three children here. They are rooted in this community.

Currently, she is serving as Board Chair of Meals for the Elderly. Having joined the ranks of the ‘Grandparents Club’, she and her husband Terry enjoy their three grandchildren.

Robin joined Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek in June 2006 as an Administrative Assistant after working several years for a local wholesale/manufacturer. It was an easy fit for her as she has known some of the partners of the firm for many years. Being the assistant to Jeffrey McCormick and Richey Oliver has allowed her the opportunity to meet and care for some of the most wonderful people! Robin loves her job and considers it a blessing to be able to work with such quality individuals on a daily basis.

Linda Luther

Linda recently joined Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek as the Administrative Assistant to Jeffrey Bozeman. She comes to us with a multitude of experience from years of working at the newspaper and in the legal field.

Linda and her husband, Bill have been married for 40 years, having raised their two children in San Angelo. As hobbies they enjoy traveling and reading but, more than that they enjoy the company of their four grandchildren. Much like Noah’s Ark they have two dogs, two cats and two types of fish tanks.

Raised in Coleman, Texas, Judith’s career began in the insurance field, obtaining her license and working for several years with independent agents until purchasing a florist in Coleman and moving back home. In 1999, she and her family moved to San Angelo and eventually joined Hicks, Hoelle & Aylor in 2006. She became part of the Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek team in 2011.

Judith and her husband Rusty have been married 38 years and have two children, Justin and Jessica, and very special grandson, Kale. They are active members of First United Methodist Church and enjoy serving the needs of the church and the community in many ways. Judith considers her grandson her greatest blessing.

Traci Folmar

Traci has joined Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek after making a recent career change with 25 years in the medical field.

An only child born and raised in San Angelo, she and her husband David have been married since 2001. She is a parent to two grown step children and one very spoiled fur baby who occupies the majority of her time.

Traci’s hobbies include her love of interior design, watching a variety of sports and numerous trips to the Casino.

Merry Stuard

Merry is a life-long resident of San Angelo and graduated from Lakeview High School. She spent 30 years in various record positions including supervisory roles with GTE/Verizon. Merry joined the ORW team in August of 2013 and has used her knowledge of record keeping to continually improve ORW’s fileroom.

Merry has served as a volunteer for Fiesta Del Concho and Christmas at Ft Concho. She and her husband, Kenny, enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as trips to the Texas Hill Country.
